The Wellness Committee
The Wellness Committee is composed of Health Care
Professionals within the church and layman interested
in the concept of Holistic Health. Under the direction
of a nurse, this committee offers monthly blood pressure
screening the second Sunday of each month during the
9:00 AM coffee hour. Other activities have included sponsoring health fairs and participating in the Congregational Health Services Program in partnership with Trinity Medical Center.


As a public service, the Wellness Committee annually hosts a site for the Rock Island County Health Departments flu shots. The Wellness Committee also maintains first aid kits in the nursery, kitchens and sanctuary and has a loan closet with medical equipment available for church members.
The Wellness Committee meets on a quarterly basis. Any questions about this committee can be directed to the Wellness Committee Chair through the church office.
